Dr. Cialdini is an AI-powered mentorship platform that provides insights on influence and persuasion based on the research of Dr. Robert Cialdini. The AI generates responses based on published works and does not constitute professional advice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free tier: 3 text messages at no cost.
  • Pro subscription: $10/month for unlimited access.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime through the billing portal.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the billing system
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
  • Upload harmful or malicious files

6. Intellectual Property

The AI's responses are generated content. Dr. Cialdini's published works, principles, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated advice. Always verify important information independently.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
